Tap the Settings icon in-game, then select "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're logged into the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.

My game progress was lost. What should I do?

Enable iCloud in your device settings and make sure you're signed into Game Center. Your progress is tied to your Apple ID. If you still experience issues, contact us and we'll investigate.

The game crashes or freezes. How do I fix it?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, restart your device and check for app updates in the App Store. Make sure your iOS is up to date.

I made a purchase but didn't receive my items.

Please wait a few minutes and restart the app. If items still don't appear, contact Apple Support to verify the transaction, then reach out to us with your order ID.

How do idle earnings work?

Your pets continue earning coins while the app is closed, up to a maximum offline limit. The higher level your pets, the more they earn per hour. Open the game to collect your offline earnings!

How do I delete my account or data?
