Refund Policy
Refund information for Idle Pet Master purchases.
App Store purchases
For purchases made through Apple’s App Store, Apple processes payment and refund requests under its own terms, systems, and applicable rules. Please use Apple’s purchase support flow for those requests.
Web purchases
Idle Pet Master does not currently offer web checkout. If web purchases are introduced, the applicable checkout and refund terms will be presented before payment.
Getting help
If you believe an item was not delivered or there is a purchase issue, contact official@idlepetmaster.com with your player ID, purchase platform, order reference where available, and a short description of the issue. We will review the request and explain the next appropriate step.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights that apply to you.
